Smurf is so excited to be getting his own pets. We have reserved four mice for him. Smurf will take total responsibility for all the care and upkeep of his mice (with Tiger-girl's back-up). We have done some web-based research on mouse care and he went to the library to get some boooks. Love how seriously he's taking his responsibilities.
Just look at his face!
Love this boy. He's going to be such a caring owner.
We now know all about mice and their needs :)

Yes remember females! Aside from the babies issue they also smell a whole lot better!
I had a mouse with a grade 3 class I used to have it was supposed to be female but turned out to be a male. It didn't matter if I cleaned his cage 5 times a day he still smelt TERRIBLE!!!!
Can't wait to see the pics though smurf.
