Earlier in December I helped Chef & Tiger-girl make a big pile of Christmas cards for all the people on their paperounds, so it's taken me a while to find the mojo to make some for us to send out. Here's a sample of my design...
The bauble stamp is from 'Blonde Moments' which I got last year. I used Stazon ink to stamp onto acetate, then used different glitter on the back of the acetate. The double sided cardstock is my fave Christmas design (Brenda Walton's 'Peppermint Twist' by K&Co.) So, if you're reading this my cards were cleverly timed to arrive on Christmas Eve - that's my story & I'm sticking to it - insert sheepish smile.
Our tortoise is settling in nicely. I've named her 'Ruby' (i.e. small & very precious.) Husb and I went out for an evening Starbucks together last night on our 18th Wedding Anniversary. Tomorrow I'm really looking forward to seeing my nephew & nieces and sis in law for some low-key family time before the busyness really kicks in.

Really liked our card - it will be put on display for all to see! That's my daughter who made that ... did I tell you .... love xxx
