I have been working on a mini-book for my Gran. The full post will go live on It's a Creative World crafty blog today (Wednesday 9th June) so I can't show you too much...BUT... there's a free download to make the see-through butterflies that I've added to my Gran's mini-book. Here's a sneak peek...
I put together a pile of different sized butterflies from the font 'butterflips'. All you need to do is download the free file, print-out at home onto acetate, cut out the butterflies and add to your project. (Remember 'acetate' is not acid free for putting near old special photos but it doesn't stop me) I also stamped the back of some of the butterflies with STAZON ink & a text stamp & some have added glitter. I folded the butterfly bodies longways so the wings would flap up & I used glossy accents glue because it's super strong and dries clear.... help yourself....
